The Group focuses on its people on board by:
Development of specific Human Resources Strategies for sustaining pools of competent seafarers. Currently the Group has a pool of Greek, Filipino, Indian, Georgian, Ukrainian, Croatian, Romanian, Bulgarian, Bangladeshi, Indonesian and Vietnamese Officers and Indian ratings.
Setting-up of in-house training programs.
Development of competency evaluation systems supported by computerized applications.
Carefully selecting new recruits and along with experienced crew members undergo an extensive and continuous training program ashore and onboard.

Presently the Group provides crew to 30 vessels, Tankers, Cement carriers, Bulk carriers, General cargo vessels, Offshore vessels and Tug boats.
