ECTH is part of a Group formed in the early 1960’s. The Group’s representatives have had experience in operating many different types of ships ranging from tween-deckers, MPPs and Liberties to Capesize, VLCCs and Tug Boats, having an established presence in both the tanker and dry bulk sectors as well as other niche sectors.

ECTH was established in 1997 with an office in Piraeus, Greece with the purpose of managing the construction, Technical, Commercial Management and brokerage of vessels of all types and sizes.

D’LAT SHIP MANAGEMENT & TRADING LLP. (DLAT) is a management company with headquarters in Mumbai, India established in 2020 offering technical, crewing and brokerage services.

In September 2021 ECTH appointed D LAT as crew manager of its owned tanker fleet, and from February 2023 ECTH and DLAT formed a Joint Venture EMPIRE DLAT GROUP.
